I left my vacuum cleaner there because I could not turn it on. I got a call later that it was the switch and needed to be replaced. I was told when it would be ready and it was and I thought the repair cost was reasonable. Yes, I will go there next time I have a problem.

This was my first time getting my vacuum serviced after having it for about two years. I was really appreciative of how approachable the customer service people were. They didn't try to belittle me for not taking my vacuum in sooner. The turnaround time was really fast (same day). I felt the price was appropriate. I haven't had any issues with my vacuum since bringing it in. I will definitely come back in the future to get my vacuum serviced.

Excellent service from the time that I entered the door until I picked my machine up. Larry took the time to explain the problem with my Dyson, diagnosed it, fixed, charged a reasonable rate, and highlighted the strengths and challenges with my machine. Thanks for showing how much each customer is valued when they walk through your door.

Awesome customer service. The initial demonstration was done for me 4 years ago and I ended up going with a cheaper brand. But the demo was so convincing on the produce again and I HAD to get the Riccar. Sooooooo impressed with the product.
